Regardless of whether the Service offers the functionality to contribute, you are solely responsible and liable for any content and information that you create, upload, post, publish, link to, duplicate, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available on the Service or to other Members, such as chat messages, text messages, videos, audio, audio recordings, music, pictures, photographs, text and any other information or materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (“Contributions”). a fire destroyed the pagoda-roof. This particular 16 year-old was matured in ex-sherry casks, although I can’t find any details (Full-term maturation? Finish?). Diageo is, as usual, tight-lipped about production details. Bottled at 43% ABV, probably chill-filtered, and likely colored. With Water: A few drops of water add a bit more of that yeast note, but wash out the rest. Don’t bother with water here, 43% is low enough as it is.

Our Service is an online platform which provides Members with information (e.g. bottle facts, market-indices, market values and prices) on (mostly) whisky and allows Members to add information to the platform. We do not sell, nor does the Service provide any option to buy, any alcoholic products. Nose: Clean. Sweetish. Pronounced barley sugar. Some sherry. Palate: Medium-bodied. Very smooth indeed. Clean, malty, nutty.Finish: Nice balance of fragrant smoky dryness. Overall: Almost too perfect. Beautifully put together, but not quite memorable. Dailuaine is a distillery there’s a good chance you’ve never heard of up until now, but there’s every chance you’ve drunk some of its spirit. Part of the giant Diageo portfolio, its whisky has been going into blends for, well, nearly forever.
